Our Company

As part of CXV Global, we at Connect Academy provide a People-Centric Approach to problems facing the pharmaceutical industry

Formed in the mid-90s to provide bespoke training to customers, the Academy has since moved on to provide a range of services to help combat human error in the life sciences industry through the merging of innovative technology solutions with real world human behaviour and learning principles.

We began our competency-based training of customers for the serialisation of cartons to quickly bring the industry up to new standards as seamlessly as possible. Through this process we became familiar with our customers’ biggest challenges, namely their desire to move from legacy paper-based systems to a digital-first approach. After extensive global searching and subsequent negotiation, Connect Academy signed a global partnership agreement in mid-2019 with Allianzes to deploy their Picomto Digital Work Instruction (DWI) platform to the Life Sciences Industry.

This marriage of a world-class technical solution and human factors experience provides a unique approach within the pharmaceutical industry, deployed together with structured training and change management allows our users to get the best results from this solution. In other words, a world-class GMP-compliant DWI platform supported by a “wrap-around” service model of training, validation support services and mentoring throughout the process by specially trained task analysts. This service is unique in the industry and is setting a high bar for the delivery of digital transformation solutions across the sector, globally.

Our Vision

Connect Academy’s vision is to provide the best digital technologies together with the best way to deploy them, to enable our customers to execute a world-class digital transformation strategy, primarily in the Life Sciences sector. This vision is facilitated by our renowned focus on human-focused change management, human factors in error reduction and deep customer engagement across the enterprise.
